2 To use this service, your personal checking or savings account must be opened for a minimum of 90 days and have no more than three (3) occurrences of insufficient funds during a 12 month period and no overdrafts. Funds are subject to the Expedited Funds Availability Act. Refer to the Access Agreement for additional information.
